Villa Karim
An urban villa under construction in Mermoz: curved white volumes, large black-framed openings, stacked balconies and a planted patio.
An urban villa under construction in Mermoz, conceived as a vertical composition where white volumes with curved corners meet large black-framed openings. Stacked balconies, timber soffits and arched openings give the façade rhythm, while a planted patio brings coolness and privacy to the heart of the house. Inside, a bright palette of pale stone, natural wood and marble unfolds across a large living room open to the dining room and kitchen, softly shaped bedrooms and bathrooms treated as mineral spaces.
The concept
The façade combines bright volumes, arched openings and timber soffits to give the house a contemporary identity.
Architecture and materials
Inside, pale stone, natural wood and marble shape a living room that opens onto the dining room and kitchen.
From design to site
The project is followed as one coherent whole, from the exterior architecture to the smallest interior details.
